At KOBE Spray Paints, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and a reliable shopping experience.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product or color.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product is defective or faulty upon arrival.
- The product received is different from the product you ordered.
All return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us through WhatsApp or email and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs/videos of the product
- Photographs of the packaging, if applicable
- A brief description of the issue
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The original packaging must be intact.
- The spray can must not have been opened, sprayed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- The return must be approved by KOBE Spray Paints before the product is sent back.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of spray paint products, opened, used, sprayed, or partially used products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
Change-of-mind returns or incorrect color selection by the customer may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos.
After reviewing the case, KOBE Spray Paints may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will inform you of the refund process. The time required for the refund may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
