KOBE Spray Paints – Shipping Policy
KOBE Spray Paints delivers orders across Pakistan.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 3–4 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.
For Bank Transfer orders, your order will be processed once the payment has been received and verified.
Shipping Charges
Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Bank Transfer Orders
If you select bank transfer as your payment method:
- Place your order through our website.
- Transfer the total order amount to the provided bank account.
- Send a screenshot of your payment confirmation along with your order number to our WhatsApp number.
- Your order will be confirmed after payment verification.

Delivery Address
Please ensure that your name, phone number, and complete delivery address are correct when placing your order.
KOBE Spray Paints is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Damaged Products Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or visibly tampered with, you must contact KOBE Spray Paints within 12 hours of receiving the order.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the package
- Clear photographs/videos of the damaged product
- Any relevant details regarding the damage
Claims reported after 12 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
After reviewing the claim, KOBE Spray Paints will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other suitable solution.
Delayed Deliveries
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number. We will assist you in checking the status of your shipment.
